- We do not accept any returns or refunds
- If you deem any part of the mascot to not meet your expectation, please contact Customer Support within 14 days of receiving your order and an exchange or store credit may be considered
- Our customer support team will be available to offer potential remedy (an exchange or store credit) for any quality assurance issues.
