FAQ - Payments by check

Paying by Check at The Mascot Store

We accept check payments for your mascot costume order.

How to proceed:

1. Place your order by calling customer support to generate a Draft Order.
2. Let our customer support team to let them know you'll pay by check. They will confirm your draft order details.

What to include with your check:

• Make the check payable to: SIN BROTHERS LLC - DBA. THE MASCOT STORE
• Write the Draft Order number clearly on the check memo line.
• If memo is not an option, include either:
  • The Draft Order PDF, or
  • A printout of the order page

Timeline:

• Allow time for mailing + processing.
• Production begins only after we receive and clear your check (this usually adds about 1 extra week after receipt).
• Once payment clears, we'll send an order confirmation email.
• Standard production time: 2–4 weeks.
• When your costume is complete and shipped, we'll send a shipment confirmation email with tracking number.
