Ground Shipping Times — The Mascot Store
We ship mascot costumes via UPS Ground throughout the continental United States. Ground shipping is included free of charge on all orders.
Estimated Delivery Times (Continental US)
After your mascot costume leaves our production facility, ground transit times are typically:
- 3–4 business days for most destinations in the continental US
- Actual transit time varies by distance from our San Diego, CA production facility
- West Coast destinations may arrive sooner; East Coast may be toward the 4-day end

Ground shipping is only part of the picture. Here's the full timeline from order to delivery:
- Production time: ~2 weeks for stock mascots (color changes also ~2 weeks)
- Shipping: 3–4 business days ground
- Typical total: 3–4 weeks from order to arrival

Tracking Your Order
Once your mascot ships, you'll receive an email notification with your UPS tracking number. You can track your shipment directly on the UPS website.
Canada & International Shipping
We ship to Canada via FedEx or UPS. International shipping rates range from $200–$500 depending on destination and package dimensions. Contact us for an international shipping quote before ordering.
Have a specific deadline? Let us know when you need it and we'll work backwards to make sure it arrives in time — including rush production if necessary.
