Payment for bulk orders
Bulk orders - more than 3 mascots or over $10,000 - are paid by card at checkout or by invoice, with payment completed before shipment. Need production started first? We can begin on a 50% deposit, with the balance due before the order ships. This keeps large orders simple and fast for both sides.
Ordering 3 or fewer suits for a school or institution and prefer a purchase order? Our Purchase Orders page covers the PO process, W-9 and vendor forms - POs are accepted for orders up to $10,000.

Yes. Every mascot on our site can be ordered in any quantity at the listed price - just set the quantity at checkout. Schools, districts and businesses regularly order multiple suits in a single order. No quote request needed.
How do bulk orders get paid?
Bulk orders (more than 3 mascots or over $10,000) are paid by card at checkout, or by invoice paid before shipment. For large orders we can begin production on a 50% deposit, with the balance due before the order ships. Purchase orders with payment terms are available for smaller orders only - up to 3 mascots and $10,000 - via our Purchase Orders page.
Do you offer Net 30 payment terms on bulk orders?
No. Payment terms (Net 30) are limited to smaller institutional orders - up to 3 mascots and $10,000 - through our purchase order process. Bulk orders above that are always paid before shipment, with a 50% deposit option to start production.
How fast do bulk orders ship?
Most stock mascots ship within days, in any quantity. If part of a large order needs production time, we tell you before you commit - each product page shows its current turnaround.
Can we get the same mascot in team colors or with a logo?
Many suits offer a Custom Color upgrade directly on the product page. For logo application or full custom designs, contact support and we will walk you through options and timelines.
