Manufacturer Warranty

Every mascot costume from The Mascot Store is covered by a one-year manufacturer warranty.

What is covered

Manufacturer defects in workmanship or materials. If a covered defect is reported within 1 year of the delivery date, we will repair or exchange the item.

What is not covered

Normal wear and tear, damage from misuse, accidents, improper cleaning or storage, and alterations made by anyone other than us.

Returns

All mascots are custom made, so we do not accept returns or refunds. The warranty is the remedy for a defective item. See our refund policy.

How to make a claim

1. Email help@mascot-store.com or call (509) 795-0356.
2. Include your order number, a description of the defect and clear photos.
3. We review the claim and tell you whether the item will be repaired or exchanged.
