Here’s what you should do if FedEx delivers the wrong item—or delivers your item to the wrong location.
1. Stay Calm and Document Everything
Start by taking a deep breath—this is fixable. Mistakes happen in transit from time to time, but you’re not stuck with the wrong item.

Snap a picture of the shipping label

Note the date and time of delivery

2. Do Not Throw Away the Box or Packaging
Please keep the box and packaging materials. If a return or exchange is necessary, the original box is usually the best way to send it back.
